In this Overview you will find a selection of hot melt applicators to cover any coating and laminating requirement. From standard applicators with multiple adhesive inputs to metering systems for improved adhesive distribution across the substrate width. Also worth mentioning, our versatile applicators with interchangeable blades for rotating bar, continuous or intermittent applications, and our sophisticated dies that feature an automatic width adjustment system through a stepper motor.
In regard to melting needs, you will see a variety of pre-melters, including pail or drum unloaders, as well as extruders for adhesives delivered in granulate format. Buffer tanks, and melting/dosing systems with different tank capacities are available to cover all melting needs. We design and manufacture complete coating stations that can be integrated into any new or existing line. Two substantial side plates house the extrusion die, die mount, precision EPDM rubber or chrome coating roller, motorized back up roll and any necessary path and nip rolls to suit each individual project specification.
The selection of accessories included in our Overview comprises of flow meters for a constant monitoring of the adhesive dispensed, static mixers, and remote pumping stations to increase the number of dosing points with improved consistency and pattern stability. Additionally, our SmartFoam independent foaming station reduces adhesive density by up to 50%, bringing important adhesive savings and more eco-conscious operations.
